“I’ve had a terrible problem with cold weather for as long as I can remember. I had a hard time warming up, I always felt cold unless heat was blasting on me. My core would get cold and couldn’t warm up, I always dreaded going outside because I knew would be hard to get warm again. And I wore my jacket inside almost everywhere I went. We addressed this problem with the cold in two separate sessions. Now I do not emotionally have the fear of going out in the cold and of not being able to warm up again. Physically, I don’t seem to be getting as cold now, it doesn’t seem to penetrate to my bones anymore. And now, when I do get cold, I can warm up much quicker. A side benefit is that my digestion is better and my energy levels are much higher and my overall health has improved quite a bit.”
